Biblical began as the Biblical School of Theology in 1971 through the shared vision of Dr. Allan A. MacRae, a former president of Faith Theological Seminary, and Dr. Jack W. Murray, president of Bible Evangelism, Inc. Their mission is "To be the first choice for training missional leaders for the church of the 21st century ."

The LEAD MDiv program includes a cohort class format; retreats; missions trip; one night a week, one Saturday a month for three years.
URBAN LEAD Master of Divinity
The LEAD Master of Divinity Urban Concentration is offered in a cohort class format with an emphasis on ministry in urban culture. The program includes retreats, missions trip; one night a week, one Saturday a month for three years
Master of Arts in Counseling
MA in Counseling - 2-Year Cohort Program

Licensure
Master of Arts in Ministry
Traditional class format; emphasis: practical theology.
Master of Arts - Missional Theology
Traditional class format; emphasis: living theology.
Master of Arts - Biblical Studies
Traditional class format; emphasis: Old or New Testament study.
Doctor of Ministry in Advanced Missional Leadership
Cohort class format; six one-week classes on campus; project; completed MDiv or its equivalent required. The DMin is a professional degree designed primarily for pastors and others engaged in vocational ministry. We also offer a Certificate in Advanced Pastoral Studies.
