To this end Montgomery County has a non profit organization that lets the public libraries pool their resources so that students and those that wish to find information on a specific topic can do so without going from building to building or website to website. To use this you must have a library card first

The Law Library of Montgomery County
Norristown is the center of county government. Almost all the trial lawyers will come here at some time. Many have an office here. In the  lower plaza level  of the court house you can find.
